Garlic Jim's, Now Serving Gluten Free Pizza

We are pleased to announce that Garlic Jim's is now serving gluten-free pizza. Gluten-free pizzas are available in a 14" size and can be made into any of our specialty pizzas except for the Garlic Chicken.

Welcome to a fresh concept in pizza delivery!

At Garlic Jim’s the term ‘gourmet’ signifies more than just the finished pizza – it refers to the finest ingredients: fresh packed sauces, fresh whole-milk mozzarella and fresh dough made daily, where the customer can certainly taste the difference.
Garlic Jim’s offers customers two crust choices; hand-thrown thick, made with parmesan cheese and buttermilk, or garlic thin; four cheese options: whole-milk mozzarella, cheddar, feta and grated parmesan; seven sauces: classic red, garlic basil, basil pesto, zesty chipotle pesto, creamy ranch, smokin’ sweet BBQ or garlic-infused olive oil, and a variety of meats, vegetables and gourmet toppings such as roasted garlic, marinated artichoke hearts, roasted corn and sun-dried tomatoes.

I have come to the conclusion that my favorite foods just will not be the same in the gluten free variety. I think I am pretty easy to please, I just expect quality when dining out and some places are just missing the mark. I love pizza and I have not been satisfied with what restaurants are offering in taste, quality or knowing their product...That is until, I had Garlic Jim's.

We visited the South Salem location, and had a great conversation with the manager about cross contamination, ingredients, and the variety of gluten free foods available on the market. In addition to the great pizza, Garlic Jims also offers, wings, ribs and cheesecake, all gluten free. The wings are amazing, the Gluten free only comes in hot, and they are HOT. The cheesecake is from Chuckanut Bay Foods, which I have already posted a review on their cheesecake, I stand by it...it is delicious. The pizza is thin, crisp, non greasy, and incredibly tasty.

So if you are in Salem, stop by and get a gluten free pizza, some wings and a cheesecake, you will enjoy.
