Frequently Asked Questions


Where are you located at?  
We are located in the Sunnyslope Shopping Center on South Liberty Rd in between the Roth's Grocery store and the DMV, behind the Subway.

What are your store hours?  
Sunday through Thursday we are open 10 am to 11pm and Friday and Saturday we are open 10 am to Midnight (12pm)

Do you sell take 'n' bake pizza?
No, we are not licensed to sell uncooked food.  All of the pizzas we sell are fully cooked.

Do you accept food stamps?
No.  Since we are not licensed to sell uncooked foods, we are unable to accept food stamps.

Do you accept competitor's coupons?
Yes, when they are another pizza establishment that delivers their pizza and also sells only cooked pizzas.  We can accept coupons from establishments such as Domino's, Pizza Hut, Papa John's, Paddington's, Primetime Pizza or Pipeline Pizza.  We do not accept coupons from Figaro's or Papa Murphy's.

Do you deliver? And do you have a delivery fee?  
We do deliver and we deliver anywhere in the 97302 and 97306 zip codes.  We also deliver to parts of 97301 and 97304. 
Our delivery fee is a flat $2.50.

If I order online how long should I expect to wait to have my pizza delivered or to be picked up?
As long as it is not an extremely busy evening the general wait time is 30-45 minutes for delivery and 20 minutes for pick up.  You can also track your order's process by going online to http://www.salemgarlicjims.com/  and entering in your phone number.  You are also welcome to call the store at 503-581-JIMS (5467) to check on your order.
NOTE: This is an estimated time frame and not to be used for exactness.

How big are the pizzas?
Medium is 12 inches and cut into 8 slices.  
Large is 14 inches and cut into 8 slices.
XL is 16 inches and cut into 12 slices.

How many people does a pizza feed?
Depending on appetites and other foods available, typically:
A Medium feeds 2-3 people.
A Large feeds 3-4 people
An XLarge feeds 4-6 people.

Can you make a half and half pizza?
Absolutely.  With all of the specialty pizzas to choose from it makes it easier to try more than one at a time.  You can also modify the specialty pizzas to your preference by changing sauces and toppings.
